The Complex
Cape Saint Stefan is situated in Budjaka, Sozopol, approximately 28 miles (45 km.) south of Bourgas Airport. Comprising about 65 purpose-built apartments, the Complex has its own private swimming pool and car parking facilities.
It's only a short walk (c. 500 yards/460 metres) to a quiet, pebbled cove - often frequented by snorkellers and scuba divers. There's a convenience store directly next to the Complex, stocking essentials such as bread, milk, snacks, beer and cigarettes, etc.
The historic harbour town of Sozopol - with its many shops, two beautiful beaches and bars & restaurants - is about one-and-a-half miles (c. 2.5 km) away.Our Apartment
Located on the ground floor, our apartment occupies almost 80 square metres and comprises two double-bedrooms, open plan fitted kitchen/diner & lounge overlooking the sea, and a shower room.
The kitchen area houses an electric oven & hob; fridge/freezer; microwave; small dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a fully automatic washing machine in the apartment plus an iron and ironing board. (Should you be so inclined to do any laundry on holiday!) One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two twins - with ample bed linen and towels supplied. The lounge has air-conditioning and the settee folds out to make a large single/small double bed - thus enabling the apartment to accommodate up to six people.
There is a TV and a DVD player - that also plays audio CDs - in the lounge; which leads out to the balcony, overlooking the Black Sea and the pool area, with separate enclosed childrens' pool. We do not allow pets in the apartment (try getting them through customs...) and we really would prefer it if you didn't smoke (except on the balcony).

Rental
- Spring (1 May - 30 June 2011): £189.00 per week;
- Summer (1 July - 31 August 2011): £259.00 per week;
- Autumn (1 September - 31 October 2011): £189.00 per week;
- Winter (1 November 2011 - 30 April 2012): £139.00 per week;
- Prices reflect the cost of renting the apartment - not per person!
